Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Doha, Qatar. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal assistance and executive administrative support to senior management. Key tasks include managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling clerical duties, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsEffective Communication and Diary Management skillsClerical Skills for handling administrative tasksStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in using office software and toolsFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plusPrior experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate setting
