Power Platform Developer

You will be part of a dedicated Agile Team in Cegeka for one of our customers, a leading provider of industrial solutions, specializing in compressors, vacuum solutions, air treatment systems, construction and mining equipment, power tools, and assembly systems. Our client is a leading global provider of innovative industrial solutions, committed to pioneering technologies that shape the future. With a strong presence in the market, our client is dedicated to driving transformative change through its diverse portfolio of products and services. We already successfully implemented a first team for Power Platform and .NET/Sharepoint, focusing in maintenance, support, bug-solving, change request and service requests. Overseeing approximately 80 applications and flows on the Power Platform and 10 .NET applications, we ensure seamless functionality and eficiency for our client.What you will do:Design, develop, and maintain custom Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements.Use Power BI for data visualization, modelling and analytics, in order create interactive visual reports and dashboards.Build data models, forms, screens, and workflows within Power Apps.Integrate Power Apps with various data sources, like Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and others.Optimize app performance and ensure scalability.Test and debug applications to ensure proper functionality.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Power Apps solutions.Utilize SharePoint lists and libraries to manage and store data within applicationsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.Team player, comfortable and experienced with an Agile development processWhat you need to succeed:At least 5 years of proven experience in developing applications with Microsoft Power Apps and PowerBI;Strong understanding of Power Apps components, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)Proficiency in building data models, forms, screens, and workflows within Power Apps.Experience integrating Power Apps with various data sources and services.Be open to work with managed and unmanaged solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem.Knowledge of and experience with DAX, Power query, Oracle and SQL;Experience with SharePoint lists and libraries.Knowledge of Azure services/entra ID is considered a plus, to enhance application functionality and performanceExperience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) integration is nice to have.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.What we offer on an employment contract:22 working days as Annual Vacation, 3 sick days that are not carried over the next year (no medical certificate required), plus a seniority day added every 3 years in the company;Floating days (free day for every public holiday that occurs on the weekend);Medical Insurance at Signal Iduna;13th salary bonus prorated according to the number of worked months in a year;Benefit Online platform access, with a 690 RON monthly allowance from which you can choose to invest in different well-being, financial or retail packages;Financial support for the birth of your child or unhappy events;Learning and development opportunities - allocated budget for certifications and/or trainings;Wellbeing initiatives to encourage a healthy work-life balance through webinars and specialized sessions as per our colleagues’ interests;#InCloseCooperation – we work hard but we have fun even harder through monthly hangout parties, team-buildings, and gamified experiences both online and offline.B2B collaborations are also possible.
