More specifically, he/she will participate in the development and support of the regional Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate solutions (higher focus on Power BI).ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business intelligence data to identify trends and patternsDevelop and implement data models and reporting solutionsCreate visualizations and dashboards to present insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirementsProvide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysisConduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support business needsPrepare and present findings and recommendations to managementContribute to the development and maintenance of data analytics processesRequirementsMicrosoft 365 experience, with a particular focus on Power Platform administration, including Power BI (Data gateways & Premium Capacities)Experience in building Power Platform solutionsProficient with MS Office applicationsDemonstrated ability to train users (large audience) and take a mentoring/champions roleDemonstrated experience in end user support for a wide range of Microsoft 365 tools, with high focus on Power BI, Power Apps, Power AutomateWorking with Kanban boards, such as LeanKit or JiraWork and develop solutions with agile methodologyBachelor in IT or related is a must (Master an asset)Power Platform related Certificates will be considered as an assetStrong analytical skills and creativityStrong decision-making skills and ability to use discretionStrong upward and downward communication skillsAbility to pay attention on detailsExcellent English language skills (written and spoken)Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the businessWe offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
