Power Technician – Event Operations & Infrastructure

Overview: A specialized event production company focused on creative, design-driven environments is seeking Power Technicians to support the electrical infrastructure for large-scale installations. The team delivers bespoke experiences for premium events and activations, requiring a strong backbone of reliable, safe, and well-managed power systems. This role is ideal for technically skilled individuals with hands-on experience in temporary power distribution and live event environments.  The Role: As a Power Technician, you will be responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining temporary electrical systems that support AV, lighting, and production requirements on-site.  Responsibilities: Install and connect temporary power distribution for event infrastructure. Operate and maintain generators, cabling, and electrical panels. Conduct load balancing, power checks, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the Technical Manager and site team to coordinate power needs. Ensure all electrical work meets safety codes and operational standards. Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of power usage and issues.  Requirements: Diploma or certification in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering. 3+ years of experience in temporary power setups for events or construction. Knowledge of power load management, cabling, and safety protocols. Ability to read electrical diagrams and plans. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills under time-sensitive conditions.  Nice to Have: Experience with event power brands such as Aggreko or CAT. Previous work in entertainment, concerts, or outdoor events.  Salary: Competitive compensation (based on experience).  Location: On-site, Saudi Arabia.  Benefits: Flights, accommodation, meals, and transportation provided.
