The company is looking for a Controller to strengthen its finance team and further expand its Power BI reporting and analytics capabilities. In this role, you’ll contribute to data-driven decision-making by delivering clear financial insights and supporting strategic business initiatives.Your ResponsibilitiesPrepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management and internal departmentsAnalyze budget vs. actual results and recommend performance improvement measuresSupport the development of internal BI reporting tools and optimization of KPI systemsEstablish and maintain standardized processes and methods for planning, management, and corporate controlConduct strategic analyses and prepare relevant documentationTake ownership of defined planning areas within the company’s controlling functionYour ProfileDegree in business administration, finance, or a comparable commercial qualification with further training in controlling or financeStrong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to different audiencesIndependent, goal-oriented work style combined with strong motivation and initiativeProfessional experience in corporate planning and KPI controlling, ideally in a professional services or consulting environmentFamiliarity with Microsoft BI tools and practical experience in building reports with Power BI
