About The RoleIn this role, youâll work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to design and implement smart, practical integration solutions that meet the needs of the business. You enjoy problem solving and get a real kick out of creating fit-for-purpose solutions. Youâll act as a technical lead on projects, helping shape how solutions are delivered and ensuring theyâre scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices. Youâll also play a key role in improving how we work by identifying opportunities for automation and reusable components.
This is a role where your experience really matters â not just for the work you deliver, but for how you support and grow others. Youâll be mentoring less experienced developers and actively contributing to how we build and strengthen our integration capability at Powerco. To be a success in this role, you will need: A broad background in tech and integration, with experience working in agile delivery teamsAbility to engage and quickly establish and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholdersExperience working with agile delivery teams and in sometimes, ambiguous environments.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people, tailoring your approach to ensure ideas land and everyoneâs on the same page. You donât need to have experience with every tool in our tech stack to be successful in this role. While itâs great if youâve worked with platforms like SAP BTP, BOOMI, FME, DevOps, or cloud-based integration technologies, weâre equally open to people who bring experience with other tools and a willingness to learn.
