About The RoleThe Powerco Customer Hub is the central point for all customer queries, coordinating customer connection processes, and delivering outstanding customer service at each point to ensure an amazing customer experience. RoleAs a Customer Consultant youâll be working in our customer team who play a key role in promoting the future of gas, coordinating customer works processes, and delivering an amazing customer experience. This role will have a specific focus on providing customer support to the Smart Meter deployment project and youâll do this by:
Supporting customers via different channels â calls, emails, textsArranging, managing and coordinating project work requests from job creation to closureQuality checking documentation and data from our contractorsUsing systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ArcGIS and CWMSBuilding strong relationships with contractors, gas billing companies, gasfitters, and internal teamsAs part of the project requirements, our team needs to be available for weekday shifts, 6am-10pm, with the occasional Saturday morning. Letâs be honest, no-one likes working Saturdays and late hours so we work flexibly to make it a bit easier.
The Customer Consultant teams do provide support for each other in their different workstreams, so youâll need to feel comfortable with a bit of flexibility to learn other systems and workflows (once you are well established in your role). Skills & ExperienceWeâre looking for all-round customer experience superstars! People who have skills and experience in making sure our customers are looked after. Natural problem-solvers and quick learners. Experience in coordinating customer appointments and managing work schedules is an advantage and energy industry experience and a driverâs license is a bonus.
