With a sense of team spirit, trust and empathy, we strive to create a work environment with equal opportunities and respect for everyone, without discrimination.If you are interested in personal and professional development in a pleasant environment with favorable benefits, we invite you to submit your application today.Join PPC FiberGrid!The FTTH Order Management Senior Associate receives and manages requests from the end consumers of Service Providers, maintaining open communication with field teams and internal departments within the organization, aiming for the timely (SLA) delivery of the timely (SLA) delivery of the service to end consumers.Responsibilities:Receives and manages requests of end consumers of service providersOversees and coordinates internal teams and external partners to ensure SLA service deliveryManages service providers' inquiries/complaints and takes action for their immediate settlementMonitors the request flow and informs the IT department and internal teams if any irregularities in the activation process are detectedCommunicates with the warehouse, the commercial department and partners, ensuring the timely completion of the order and the distribution of active equipmentUpdates the predefined performance reports dailyRequirements:A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a University or Technological Education Institute/ College/ Vocational Training Institute preferably in a science, technology, or management disciplineAt least five (5) years of experience in request management departments in the Telecommunications sector or a related high-technology sectorExperience in team management/coordinationExperience in CRM systems useExcellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Oral & written communication and presentation skills in both Greek and EnglishAvailability for shift workCompetencies:Growth MindsetAbility to effectively manage and solve problems by collaborating with multiple stakeholdersVery good communication skillsTeam spiritAdaptabilityCustomer-centric approachBenefits: Attractive remuneration and benefits packageContinuous training & participation in development activitiesGroup health and life insurance programReduced electricity tariff
