PPC Senior Digital Specialist - Norwegian speaking

Norwegian speaking, Senior Digital Specialist (PPC)Location: Oslo (Hybrid)We’re partnering with a high-growth global AdTech business to hire a Senior Digital Specialist with a PPC focus. You’ll own strategy, activation and optimisation across Paid Search, driving measurable ROI with clients and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRun end-to-end PPC across Google Ads & Bing: account structure, keywords, bidding, ad copy and ongoing optimisation.Lead onboarding and manage the full client lifecycle: objectives, KPIs, reviews and roadmaps.Monitor performance and deliver insights via GA4, Tag Manager and Looker Studio (or similar).Design test-and-learn programs (A/B, creative, bidding, audiences) and codify playbooks.Safeguard tracking/data integrity; troubleshoot quickly.Collaborate with account, analytics, creative and product teams to align to business goals.Manage multiple budgets with efficient pacing and strong ROAS.About Youhands-on PPC with medium–large budgets; Google ads and Bing.Proven results against client KPIs; strong analytical skills (GA4, GTM, reporting).Excellent communicator who turns data into clear business narratives.Fluent in English and Norwegian (required).Agency or AdTech background preferred; Google Ads/Analytics certifications a plus.Considered a plusUnderstanding of SEO best practices and how Paid Search and SEO complement each other.Experience with other paid channels (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Display, Video).Basic CRO/landing page optimisation familiarity.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Hybrid working; central offices in Oslo/ or StockholmHigh-impact role with strong development and training.Supportive, energetic team culture with regular knowledge-sharing and events.
