Join our dynamic and exciting team, explore our vacancies today, and embark on an epic journey with us.Role Summary:As Life Style Sports PPC Specialist, you will lead our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategy, focusing on Paid Search & Performance Social. You will play a critical role in driving our customer acquisition and performance marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with the Paid Media team, partner agencies and eCommerce team to drive PPC performance and business growth.Role Responsibilities:Develop and implement PPC strategies for Life Style Sports online campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.Effective day-to-day management and optimisation of campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance tracking.Provide strategic recommendations and insights to stakeholders, leveraging data and industry expertise to drive informed decision-making.Manage large-scale PPC campaign budgets, forecasting, and allocation to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal performanceManagement of our catalogue feed, making sure it’s optimised with the best data to feed PPC campaignsMeet and exceed agreed monthly PPC KPIs such as ROAS and contribute to achieving overall business financial targets.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as the eCommerce & Buying team to help drive category business results.Key Requirements:Highly analytical with the ability to interrupt data into insights and actions.Highly ambitious, with a desire to grow online sales.Highly collaborative and an excellent team player.Highly organised with the ability to plan effectively and excellent time management skills.Thrives in an ever-changing internal and external environment.About you:3+ years managing large PPC campaigns, agency experience preferred.Expert in PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok Ads.Proven experience in using large data feeds, scripts and Bidding Solutions.Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is a plus.Lives and breathes data analytics/excel.Experience in reporting tools – Google Analytics 4, Supermetrics, Google Looker Studio.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to be proactive and think critically.A passion for growing business and driving trade results.
