PPIC & Logistics Manager

📍 Placement: PT Garindo Food International - Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat🏢 Industry: Frozen Food ManufacturingAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented PPIC & Logistics Manager to oversee production planning, inventory control, and logistics operations at our frozen food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, optimal inventory levels, and timely distribution to meet customer demands.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective production planning strategies to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.Monitor and control raw material availability, work-in-progress, and finished goods to maintain optimal inventory levels.Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams to align supply and demand.Lead and manage warehouse, logistics, and PPIC teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.Analyze production capacity, forecast material requirements, and adjust schedules to meet production targets.Implement and continuously improve PPIC and logistics systems (ERP/WMS) to enhance data accuracy and operational performance.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cold chain handling standards for frozen food products.Prepare regular reports on inventory status, production planning, and logistics performance for management review.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service quality.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in PPIC, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the food manufacturing or frozen food industry.Proven experience in managing production planning, inventory control, and distribution operations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of cold storage and cold chain logistics processes.Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Good command of English (written and spoken).Available to work on Saturdays (half day).
