PPIC Supervisor (MKPI - Gresik)

Duties & Responsibilities :Develops short- and long-term production plans based on customer forecasts, orders, and production capacity.Oversees raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and avoid shortages or overstocking.Coordinates closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, QC, and sales teams to ensure seamless workflow and material availability.Production Monitoring & EvaluationInitiates and supports efficiency improvements through lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other productivity-enhancing methods.Ensures planning and inventory processes comply with relevant quality standards such as ISO/TS 16949 or IATF, supporting on-time delivery and product quality.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations ManagementMinimum 3–5 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industryStrong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processesProficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliar with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principlesKnowledge of automotive industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)Willing to be based in Gresik
