The Contract PR & Communication Assistant will contribute to the success of Hong Kong and Macau markets in terms of paid, owned and earned media operations. She/he will work closely with the PR & Communication Manager to develop and implement Media Communications & PR strategy in the markets, analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to elevate BVLGARI’s brand awareness and desirability. Job Responsibilities: PR & Communications Coordination: Liaise with internal logistics departments, overseas PR teams (e. g. , China, LA, New York, Paris, Rome, Milan, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc. ), and external artist managers, stylists, and media contacts.
Arrange samples and product loans for shoots and celebrity dressings. Oversee photoshoots to ensure on-brand outcomes. Coordinate product delivery to photoshoots and celebrity dressings. Draft and post social media content for Bvlgari’s official Facebook page and wholesale partners’ Instagram & Facebook accounts. Provide GMG order support for ATL initiatives. Submit monthly media plans to relevant stakeholders. Draft ATL social media posts for review and approval. Follow up on post-buy reports for digital campaigns. Media Relations & Content Management: Conduct first-round reviews of press release translations, fact-checking, and content editing.
Submit reviewed press releases to senior staff for further review and approval. Distribute press releases to internal staff after distribution to media. Draft and edit appropriate press materials and fact-check write-ups for media inquiries. Liaise with company Headquarters to request specific materials for media inquiries. Operational & Administrative Support: Generate and manage DMR reports (preliminary, intermediary, and final stages). Create daily clippings, weekly, various PCO, and monthly best clippings reports. Maintain the magazine library, ensuring it is up-to-date with brand coverage. Ensure all reports, presentations, press materials, and advertising materials are properly stored in shared drives for record-keeping. Job Requirements:
Holder of bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Languages, Journalism and Communications. Fluent English and Mandarin. Excellent command of written English and Chinese. 2-3 years of relevant experience in PR / Marketing industry. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. With luxury industry experience is an advantage. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Contract PR & Communication Executive.
