We make and distribute the world’s most sought-after TV, audio and digital content.Our ambition is to be the home of the most powerful, entertaining, and inspiring stories for people all around the world.PURPOSE OF THE ROLEAs PR & Communications Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful consumer, trade, and digital campaigns across Poland, CEE, MENA and Turkey. Supporting the Senior Communications Officer, you’ll lead press activity, contribute to strategic planning, and provide essential admin and research support to elevate BBC Studios’ presence and storytelling across diverse markets.WHY JOIN THE TEAMJoin a dynamic Warsaw-based team known for bold, creative publicity campaigns that champion British content across the region. You’ll collaborate with passionate professionals, gain exposure to international markets, and help shape the reputation of one of the world’s most respected media brands, all while growing your communications career in a fast-paced, global environment.Your Key Responsibilities And ImpactCreate and manage PR & communications materials including press releases, presentations, and promotional content.Support the planning and delivery of press events, briefings, and screenings.Support and lead PR campaigns for BBC Studios branded services across the region.Pitch stories and distribute assets to media contacts; respond to press queries.Coordinate press interviews and maintain accurate media lists.Monitor and report on media coverage and monthly highlights.Provide research, admin support, and build presentations for senior stakeholders.Essential CriteriaYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESome experience in public relations, communications and events Ability to work to tight deadlines often under pressureVery good written and spoken communications including excellent English and Polish spelling, punctuation and grammarExcellent interpersonal skills and social skills, both face-to-face and on the phoneComputer literate with strong office skills A good working knowledge and use of social media for promoting content and news storiesOrganised and focused with good attention to detail, proactive approach to projects and peopleDesired But Not RequiredExperience of organising eventsExperience of writing communications materials, for publication by a wide range of outlets to short notice and tight deadlinesGood knowledge of media, within a matrixed organisation If you can bring some of these skills and experience, along with transferable strengths, we’d love to hear from you and encourage you to apply as soon as possible.We appreciate your interest in this position and understand how important this opportunity is to you.
