We are seeking a Practice Administrator to join the team! The Practice Administrator will serve as a key leader within the practice, managing clinical and administrative operations, supervising staff, partnering closely with physicians, and maintaining a high-touch service environment aligned with concierge medicine standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience in concierge or internal medicine, understands medical billing and revenue cycle processes, and thrives in a patient-centric, fast-paced environment.Direct HirePay up to $90kExcellent benefits offered including medical, dental, 401k w/ match, PTO, pension planPractice Administrator DutiesOversee daily operations of the practice to ensure a premium patient experienceManage, mentor, and schedule front office and back-office clinical staffPartner with physicians and other providers to support optimal workflow and care deliveryDevelop and enforce office policies, procedures, and performance standardsManage practice communications, vendor relationships, and supply inventoryOversee medical billing, coding processes, and revenue cycle operationsMonitor patient membership billing, renewals, and financial reportingWork closely with accounting to review expenses, budget, and monthly financialsEnsure compliance with billing, documentation, and practice standardsMaintain concierge-level service standards for all patient touchpointsAddress patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and discretionSupport new patient onboarding and membership processesEnsure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory complianceManage credentialing, insurance documents, and provider licensing renewalsLead onboarding for new staff and support ongoing training programsQualifications4+ years of medical practice management experience, preferably in concierge or internal medicineStrong knowledge of medical billing & revenue cycle processesExperience managing front-office and clinical staffProven track record supporting multiple providersExcellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesTechnology-savvy; EMR experience required (concierge-focused systems a plus)Preferred ExperienceConcierge medicine experience strongly preferredKnowledge of membership-based practice modelsBackground in a small or private-practice healthcare setting
