This is supportive team with a strong culture of mentoring and continuing education, encouraging professional development individually and as a team.RoleAs Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the clinic. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role that will see you:Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records Leading and developing our team and building a positive team cultureEnsuring that monthly KPI’s are metDriving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and ownersNursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nursesSkillsWe’re looking for a caring and passionate natural leader, someone who is ready to join a strong team and make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners! Your skills and experience will include:A Cert IV in Veterinary NursingExperience in team management - either as a head nurse or practice manager!Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching for team membersAn extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing proceduresGreat communication and customer service skillsA friendly, team player attitude Strong business acumen and organisational skillsExperience with Rx Works preferred but not essentialIf this sounds like you, Apply Now!
