Manage task prioritization and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with departments to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective solutions. Design and improve KPIs, dashboards, and reports.

Identify gaps in data coverage and lead initiatives to expand reporting into new business areas. Work closely with data owners and BI teams to implement integrated solutions. Present insights to senior management and participate in KPI committeesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, or Reporting. Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of Python or R for data analysisUnderstanding of AI tools and applications Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
