🏗️Pre-Construction Development Manager – Freelance 📍Dublin 15💵DOE: €85k💼Job Overview:Our client, a leading contractor with projects across Dublin and Ireland, is seeking a Pre-Construction Development Manager for major development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a large developer and take a lead role in shaping a high-profile development from concept to construction. This is a flexible position suited for someone who is currently available to take on a new client alongside their existing commitments. 📋Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and schedules during pre-construction.Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, and consultants to align design and cost goals.Lead design development, cost-effective engineering, and risk assessments.Prepare and manage cost estimates, tender packages, and procurement plans.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.Act as key liaison between clients and contractors, overseeing pre-construction planning and reporting.✅Qualifications and Experience:Relevant Third level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.7+ years of post-qualification construction experience.Demonstrate ability to deliver large-scale commercial and industrial projects.Experience as a project manager for preconstruction phase of construction.Excellent knowledge of the latest building regulations.
