Pre-Construction Project Manager - Developer - €120K­The CompanyLeading Developer who have a track record of delivering large housing and apartment projects in Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow. Due to the acquisition of several new sites and the continued growth of the company they are looking to add a Pre-Construction Project Manager to the senior management team to work closely with the Construction and Project Directors.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as a key liaison between clients and contractors, overseeing pre-construction planning and reporting.Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project requirements.Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and schedules during pre-construction.Leading design development and cost-effective engineering while conducting risk assessments.Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.Key Skills RequiredProven experience as a Project Manager or a similar role within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contract law, and relevant regulations.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.Benefits€120k - Competitive Salary with yearly increasePensionCompany Vehicle or AllowanceBonusHealthcare
