Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Account Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Team to qualify opportunities, prepare tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proposals, and articulate the value proposition of the solutions offered.The main duties will be to:Collaborate with Sales Teams to support business development activities.Engage with prospects and existing clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and pain points.Qualify leads and opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Teams.Present and position the company’s solutions, highlighting business value and ROI.Conduct tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.Translate technical features into business benefits that resonate with stakeholders.Support the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and sales presentations.Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, product) to design solution offerings.Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.Stay updated on product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor offerings.Advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions.Gather client feedback and share insights with product and delivery teams.QualificationsUniversity degree in Business Administration / IT/ Engineering or any related fieldAt least 2 years of experience of Business Solutions implementation or Pre-sales experiencePractical understanding of software commercial processesStrong understanding of IT systems, cloud solutions, or enterprise softwareAbility to translate business problems into feasible technical solutionsExperience and understanding of technical concepts around integrated business solutionsExperience in ERP / CRM implementations will be considered an advantageVendor or solution certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle) are an advantage.Excellent written and oral communication skills of both English and Greek languages, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easily understandable for non-technical stakeholdersSkills & Competencies Customer-driven mindsetBusiness acumen and solution focusedDynamic and self-motivatedAbility to engage others and build interpersonal relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with attention to detailPassionate with strong commercial drive and attitudeAbility to present confidently and engagingly at decision maker levelProven ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsBenefitsA very competitive remuneration package including provident fund, life and medical insurance will be offered to the successful candidate, suited to and based on qualifications and experience.
