Pre-Sales Consultant (Japan)

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant in Japan to support enterprise customers, partners, and our regional sales team.You will lead discovery, design solutions, deliver demos, and partner with Japanese enterprises to drive digital transformation, operational excellence, and process intelligence programs.⸻What You’ll Do• Support enterprise sales cycles by partnering with Account Executives to deliver discovery, demos, and solution design.• Lead technical and process-oriented discovery sessions with customers and partners.• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer goals and industry requirements.• Translate business challenges into Process360 Live solutions across modeling, mining, simulation, governance, and compliance.• Provide guidance on architecture, integrations, deployment options, data connections, and best practices.• Support RFPs, workshops, and proof-of-concepts for strategic opportunities.• Enable Japan-based partners (SIs, consulting firms, resellers) with training, demo support, and solution expertise.• Serve as a subject-matter expert for iGrafx capabilities, value propositions, and competitive positioning.• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Services to ensure successful customer outcomes.• Represent iGrafx at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events throughout Japan.⸻What You Bring• 5+ years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Business Architecture, or Process Excellence roles.• Experience supporting enterprise software or SaaS sales cycles.• Strong understanding of process modeling, process mining, BPM, risk & controls, automation, or digital transformation.• Ability to communicate technical and business value to both IT and business stakeholders.• Native or fluent Japanese communication skills; strong English for global collaboration.• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.⸻Why Join iGrafx• Work with a global process intelligence leader used by 2,000+ enterprises worldwide.• High-impact role supporting strategic transformation initiatives across Japan.• Collaborative global team with growth opportunities in a scaling PE-backed SaaS company.• Competitive compensation, benefits, paid time off, and remote-friendly work model.⸻About iGrafxiGrafx Process360 Live empowers organizations to visualize, analyze, and optimize their operations at scale.
