This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in cybersecurity and technical sales, who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is able to work independently to drive results.As a key part of our sales team, you will support the full sales cycle by aligning technical solutions with client needs, delivering impactful presentations, and building strong customer trust. Your ability to combine technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills will be vital to Cydome’s growth across the maritime and energy sectors.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a solid grasp of modern threats, technologies, and compliance requirements.Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Fluent in both English and Greek.Self-motivated, organized, and able to operate with minimal supervision.Soft Skills & Personal Attributes:Excellent relationship-building skills with a genuine customer-first attitude.High emotional intelligence and the ability to read, adapt, and respond effectively to client needs and concerns.Persuasive communicator who can build trust and influence decision-makers.Naturally curious, eager to understand customer environments and propose tailored, high-value solutions.Resilient, positive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.Preferred Qualifications:Experience or familiarity with the maritime or energy industries is a strong advantage.Understanding of relevant cybersecurity regulations (e.g., IMO 2021, NIS2, ISO 27001).
