Pre-shipment Inspection Coordinator

We are a premium quality, safety, and sustainability solutions provider.You will also act as the Member of Pre-shipment Inspection Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Inspection in managing the day-to-day including management Standard AQL 2859-1, relevant industries and products, ISO 9000 and national).Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day client enquiries (orders/bookings receipt & quotation) to ensure coordination activities are aligned with requirements according to Company and clients’ proceduresBe front line contact for all communications between Clients, Vendor/ Factory and other officesReview client’s specification, and clarify the requirements with clients / other officesCollect all necessary inspection material and/or information and forward to Inspectors (i.e. packaging, approval sample etc.)Schedule inspections and arrange logisticsIssue Inspection CertificatesInput and update data in Tracking SystemFile and retain all documents utilized during an inspection and control documents accordingly in hard and soft copiesControl approved / inspector samples and inspection equipmentFollow up the customer’s DebtReport the revenue in month to FinanceReport the monthly working schedule of PSI team to People/HR teamFollow the other works assigned by Inspection ManagerKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in coordinating office operations or quality assurance (QA) functionsPrior experience or familiarity with the Textile, Garment, Footwear, or Hardline product industries is highly preferredKnowledge of Standard AQL 2859-1, ISO 9000, or other relevant national/international quality standards is an advantageGood English communication skillsResult and service-oriented individual with initiative and good communication skillsA proactive team player who can also work independently and perform well under pressure in challenging projects and tight deadlinesBenefitsWorking in an international dynamic and friendly environment15 annual leave days, 15 paid sick leave days, Christmas leave13th-month salary, performance-based bonus, depending on business resultsSocial insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance base on full basic salary (Vietnamese Law)Insurance benefit package (Accident insurance 24/7, Health care insurance, Business travel insurance), Annual health check-upFree parkingAd-hoc staff engagement events, team-building activities and company tripOpportunities to participate in the company’s training programs, LinkedIn Learning license (fee supported by the company based on policy)We test, we audit, we inspect, we advise.
