Job Description

Role: Creative StrategistLocation: Fully RemoteSalary: £35,000 – £50,000 + CommissionI’m currently working with a fast-growing performance marketing agency that’s on the hunt for a Creative Strategist to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s got a sharp creative eye, understands what makes people click and convert, and is confident turning data into high-performing content strategies. You’ll be part of a smart, collaborative team working across paid social channels (think Meta, TikTok, etc. )—helping scale brands through top-performing ad creative and fresh campaign ideas.

If you’re passionate about creativity that actually drives results and love the fast pace of digital marketing, this could be a great next step. What they’re looking for: • 1+ year in a similar role – either agency or DTC brand side• Strong understanding of paid social (Meta, TikTok etc. )• Solid experience writing creative briefs and UGC scripts• Confident interpreting performance data to inform creative direction• Strong copywriting skills and eye for design• Proactive, ideas-led, and excited to bring something fresh to the table• Comfortable working cross-functionally with media buyers, creators, and clientsWhat’s on offer:
