Job Description

Responsibilities :Manage and drive Distributor Sales Performance, Sales Forecast, Sales Stocks, and monitor Accounts ReceivableOversee Food Service channel sales via distributors or direct KAs (QSR, bakery/coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, caterers)Achieve financial goals: volume, net sales, market share, margin, and distribution targetsLead and monitor distributor and Key Account plans and activations to meet targetsIdentify and acquire new Key Accounts and customers; stimulate existing accounts with new products and marketing initiativesImplement regional strategies for Division, Retail Bakery, Horeca, and UMKM Home IndustryCoordinate with local distributor management to grow market distribution effectively and on scheduleCommunicate product customization requirements to Marketing and Sales teamsMonitor and report on competitor activities in the regionProspect new business opportunities, arrange meetings, and develop projects with new clientsDevelop work systems and guide the team through regular coaching to ensure strong performance and achievement of sales targetsRequirements :A bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in Food ServiceStrong competencies in product and sales management with solid market and baking industry knowledge.Proven leadership abilities paired with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Skilled in analytical thinking and data analysis to drive informed business decisions and demonstrate business acumen.
