Job Description
As a Presales Consultant, you will work as an advisor to prospective customers by demonstrating how Link4 and eInvoicing will enable compliance, innovation and enhance their overall business operations. You will work closely with internal teams to meet with prospects, demonstrate the solution, and provide guidance for prospects and customers when required. This position requires an interest in diving into the technical aspects of our solutions as well as developing relationships with partners and stakeholders. You will utilise your expertise to explain our solutions based on individual customer requirements through clear education and understanding.This position is ready to commence immediately, and is open to New Zealand citizens and permanent residents.In this role you will:● Work with the Sales team to understand prospects requirements● Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand pain points and present innovative solutions● Demonstrate how Link4 can support business requirements● Conduct workshops and training sessions, both face-to-face and online● Develop and enhance relationships with customers and solutions partners● Provide valuable feedback to product teams● Respond to tender documents● Help craft and review sales proposalsRequirements● Strong communication and presentation skills● Be technically minded, and motivated to learn and master new products and services● Ability to break down products and offer use case demonstrations● Ability to work with business requirements, and turn them into multi-product demonstrations● Understand business landscapes across a variety of industries● 1-3 years experience in SaaS, sales or a technical/product implementation rolePlease only apply if you can attend the Wellington office 3 - 5 days a week.
