This role is not limited to technical support as it plays a strategic part in sales success, working closely with clients and internal teams to influence deal outcomes and drive revenue growth.The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with strong business acumen and will actively contribute to sales targets by delivering compelling, customized solutions to customers.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Sales Teams and ZTE headquarters to support business development activities.Understand the Greek telecommunications market and customer needs in depth.Identifying client pain points and opportunities ensures better-targeted solutions and proposals.Design and propose tailored network solutions (wireline, wireless, access networks, etc.).Customize product features and functions to meet client requirements, ensuring solution feasibility.Prepare technical documentation including solution proposals, architecture diagrams, BoQs, and RFP/RFI responses.Conduct product presentations, workshops, and technical clarifications to customers.Coordinate solution testing, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical trials.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.Act as a liaison between customers and ZTE’s global engineering and product teams.Requirements:BSc/MSc in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.5+ years of Technical Soultions, Pre-sales experience, sales in the telecommunications industry.Solid knowledge of Data Communication, FTTx, and Access or Core Networks (GPON, DSLAM, MSAN, CPEs, OTN, DWDM, PTN). Knowledge in Energy and Server Solutions would be considered a plus.
