Pre-Sales Engineer — Solar PV & Energy Storage SolutionsJob Description: Technical Sales Support: Provide project technical support and solutions, assist in document preparation, and participate in client meetings and presentations. Planning and Design: Conduct comprehensive remote-based planning, including site selection, layout design, and equipment configuration. Develop primary and secondary electrical diagrams that comply with industry standards and client requirements. Simulation Analysis: Use specialized software to simulate microgrid system operations, analyze performance under various conditions, and provide optimization suggestions for design and operational strategies. SRB Process Support: Gain an in-depth understanding of the SRB process, offer technical support and data analysis, and assist relevant departments in ensuring smooth process execution. Sales Business Management: Collaborate with the sales management team to participate in sales target setting, order revenue management, and sales forecasting. Account Management: Oversee customer relationship tracking and management via the CRM system, and support project operation management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical/Power Engineering, Energy, or a related field. Solid understanding of microgrid system principles, structure, and operational mechanisms.Proven experience in energy storage/microgrid system design, with the ability to design and configure microgrid projects.Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office Suite; capable of producing system layout plans and technical proposals based on client needs.Minimum 3 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical sales support in solar PV or energy storage.
