You’ll be the technical backbone of the sales cycle and play a key role in expanding our market footprint while ensuring a seamless customer experience from pre-sales to implementation.If you're passionate about technology, great with people, and skilled at crafting solutions that solve real problems—we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Engage with Prospective Clients: Effectively communicate the value of the company’s technical products and services to potential customers, including detailed information on features, benefits, and pricing structures.Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with both customer expectations and company capabilities.Client Presentations: Deliver persuasive, well-structured presentations during customer engagements, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions and addressing client-specific challenges.Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth demonstrations that illustrate how our solutions meet customer needs and resolve their technical or operational pain points.Solution Customization: Assess customer requirements thoroughly and design customized solutions that align with their business goals and technical demands.Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor offerings to identify key differentiators and maintain a competitive edge in solution positioning.Collaboration with Sales Teams: Partner with the sales team to provide strategic, product-specific, business, and technical expertise in support of all presales initiatives.Business and Technical Problem Analysis: Understand and evaluate the business and technical challenges faced by clients, including regulatory considerations, industry drivers, and evolving market needs.Industry Engagement: Participate in industry conferences and collaborate with technical experts and researchers to stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.Strategic Marketing Support: Translate business and technical insights into actionable marketing strategies that support product positioning and market outreach.Bid and Tender Support: Assist in managing the bid process, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting components of proposals and formal responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.Cost Estimation: Conduct detailed cost analyses to develop accurate estimates covering solution design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and project oversight.Technical Liaison: Coordinate with technical managers and engineers to gather insights from ongoing operations and identify root causes of technical issues, facilitating improved solution recommendations.Customer Onboarding & Support: Play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless implementation and high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to support successful project execution.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of presales activities, customer interactions, and project milestones, generating reports to provide strategic insights and monitor progress.Qualifications:Background & Experience:Bch. degree of Computer Engineering or Computer Scinces or any related domain.2-6 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, business development, or technical consulting role.Role Expertise:Proven experience in preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals.Hands-on experience conducting product demonstrations and customer-facing presentations.Ability to interpret and analyze technical requirements and translate them into customer-focused solutions.Familiarity with cost estimation, bid/tender processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), and proposal development.Familiarity with CRM systems, presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote), and data analysis/reporting software.Technical Expertise:Technical Knowledge of emerging technologies products and services and relevant industriesDeep Understanding of SaaS & PaaS Concepts.Understanding of Software Integration methodologies.Analytical & Strategic Thinking:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate customer requirements and develop customized, scalable solutions.Sound knowledge of competitive analysis and market trends.Project & Client Management:Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and project management teams.Ability to manage multiple pre-sales initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and effectively engage with clients.Fluent in Arabic and English (Written & Convesation)Other Qualifications:Saudi National or has a transferrable Residency (IQAMA).Located in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.Registered in Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).Preferred Qualifications:Certifications relevant to the industry (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, etc.).Knowledge in PKI & Digital certification domainKnowledge of web service integration methodologiesWillingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required
