If so, G4S Greece, a member of Allied Universal®, a leading global security company, is looking for a talented Presales Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our customer engagements within our Security Systems and Monitoring division.Job Title: Presales EngineerReports to: Head of PresalesLocation: Metamorphosis, Attica, GreeceMain ResponsibilitiesWork with our Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services organizations in supporting the acquiring and managing our customer base to drive the Company’s achievement in meeting our customer needs by designing competitive solutionsManage and lead technical aspects of the opportunityWork independently and lead the technical evaluation for opportunitiesPresent solutions tied to specific customer needs and requirementsManage multiple accounts/opportunities at the same timeMonitor customer and market trends to develop effective sales & marketing activities in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing teamContribute to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the Sales teamComplete technology demonstrationsInterpret prospect project requirementsJob requirementsBachelor's degree in EngineeringΤhree years of experience as Presales Engineer at the security Market or three years of experience as site Engineer at a construction companyExcellent communication, presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to creatively describe and present complex concepts in an easy to understand mannerFlexible and adaptive to new and unexpected situationsDemonstrated experience in managing all aspects of the technical sale including discovery, demos, follow-up, competitive positioningExcellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English languageStrong interpersonal skills, innovative approach, flexible, proactive, service-minded, and a strong team playerAbility to travel (10%)Communicate effectively across departmentsCoordinate and collaborate to understand customer requirements, promote product recommendations for prospects, and provide sales supportAbility to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while leading multiple prioritiesWe offer a competitive compensation package which includes attractive salary, commission based on results, private health and life insurance, continuous training and above all a collaborative modern work environment with unlimited possibilities for future advancement globally.G4S is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity!
