Pre-Sales Specialist / Solutions EngineerLocation: MelbourneCompany: Hyper growth SaaS vendor in the e-learning industrySalary: $160-200,000 + super + commsWe’re looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist / Solutions Engineer to support the company's APAC sales team, based from Melbourne. In this customer facing Pre-sales focused role, you will deliver high-impact demos, run POC's, managed technical discovery sessions and help shape current and future solutions for enterprise L&D customers.What You’ll DoSupport AE's across APAC with demo, presentations, and customer meetings (in person and online)Run end-to-end POC's: requirements gathering, configuration, troubleshootingExplain technical concepts clearly to L&D Managers/Directors, Senior HR and IT stakeholdersSupport API integrations (RESTful APIs & SOAP)Work with PowerBI dashboards and data connectivity toolsPartner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver seamless technical supportWhat We’re Looking For:Pre-sales backgrounds in E-learning SaaS, Learning Management Systems (LMS) or L&D technology Experience presenting to L&D buyers e.g. L&D Managers, HR, People & CultureStrong API integration knowledge (RESTful & SOAP)Solid understanding of PowerBI and data dashboardsConfident presenter, strong communicator, and technically curiousExcellent post-sales capability, able to manage opportunities through to successful implementationIf you enjoy partnering with sales teams, delivering great demos, and helping customers understand the value of learning technology, please apply now.
