Presales Engineer

Description:We are seeking a Presales/ Solutions Engineer to own the full post-sales lifecycle for enterprise customers — from deployment and integration through ongoing optimization and account growth.This role combines hands-on implementation with strategic account management. You will work directly with IT and business stakeholders at large enterprise organizations worldwide, serving as both trusted advisor and technical authority.Responsibilities:Lead deployments and integrations in UAT and production enterprise environments.Design and implement solutions aligned with customer datacenter and application architectures.Guide customers in reviewing and prioritizing IT misconfigurations and generating tailored reports.Deliver training, consulting, and ongoing technical advisory services.Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic enterprise accounts.Build strong relationships with IT leadership and key stakeholders globally.Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales to drive account growth.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, support, product, and R&D.Manage multiple enterprise projects and competing priorities simultaneously.Requirements:5+ years of experience working with large enterprise IT infrastructure in a customer-facing engineering, pre-sales, post-sales, or solution implementation role.Ability to independently lead technical and business discussions with international Fortune 2000 IT representatives.Strong understanding of datacenter and application architectures (A/A, A/P, LB, HA, DR, Web App, DB).Experience supporting international enterprise customers.Fluent English (spoken and written).Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.Nice to have:Understanding of virtualization, system and storage concepts (LUN, WWN, SAN/NAS, Cluster, VM, Virtual networks, Containers).Experience with VMware, Windows AD, GPO, Shell scripting, AWK, or SQL.Proven project and process management skills.Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
