You engage with the customer, either proactively or via request, to draw out the business challenges that they have and align the Capgemini solution portfolio to it. Communicating the solution to the client, you demonstrate the value that Capgemini adds and how we are differentiated to meet and exceed their business needs.The role needs a techno-functional visionary leader with strategic thinking and a strong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure solutions with a particular focus on Public Cloud Hosting, Hyperscaler offers, Move to Cloud, Finops and Hyperscaler Partner Funding Models. Someone with a startup mindset and attitude, who is a great motivator, brings people together and act as the catalyst to achieve the best possible solution. A well informed opinion in the use of Agentic Ai and automation principles as levers of driving down client TCO is essential. Critical to the success of the role is someone who can build trusted relationships with account teams and senior clients to drive business growth.Responsibilities:Actively develop and drive strategic and tactical opportunities within the Nordics Provide technical and sector guidance and support throughout the sales process, including responding to inquiries, conducting assessments, and developing proposalsWork with customers to develop and implement strategic plans to ensure successful adoption of Capgemini SolutionsMaintain a deep understanding of the Nordics market and stay up to date with the latest developmentsParticipate in industry events and conferences to share your knowledge and expertise and network with customers and partners showing thought leadershipWhen required, operate as a Solution Lead or Solution Architect to provide essential deal capacityCollaborate with internal stakeholders, strategy formation and execution, understanding and navigating across business units and technical practices to shape and coordinate various team inputs for proposalsMaintain close alignment with the Nordic Cloud COEWork across our partner organisations to bring the best of their products/services together with Capgemini services (Amazon, Microsoft, Google).
