We need more people like you: builders and owners with calculated ambition who are ready to #ElevateThroughImpact and raise Indonesia's software standard.Job Description: Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfactionFormulation of high quality bids and proposalsGenerate technical documents to support bid responses (RFI, RFP, etc)Develops and delivers outstanding presentations and demonstrationsCreate presentations and design architecture diagrams to present solutions to customer executivesDeveloping solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales processJoint development of Account Plans with Account ManagerProviding knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to deliveryDevelop solutions for large and complex sales opportunitiesConduct Research & Propose Product Improvement that potentially solves market demandsDevelop Product Knowledge of Sales Teams Connecting a potential customer with a product or service that their company provides in order to meet the customer's requirements and facilitate a sale.Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, program requirements & processDeveloping long-lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidenceUtilizing specialist knowledge of business processes and the product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients' articulated business strategyRequirements/Qualifications:Candidates must possess HRIS, Payroll Knowledge, or TaxCandidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/HR Management or equivalentPossess analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workdayExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detailWhat You Will Get: Competitive salary + daily allowance.
