Your proactive problem-solving skills mean you can quickly identify and address client challenges, and you thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.The Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you'll be a key technical expert for OniGroup, supporting our expanding customer base. You'll work on diverse projects and solve complex technical challenges for our clients.Your Key Responsibilities will be:PreSales Support: Partner with the Sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions using Google Maps and Google Cloud services. You'll conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and create proof of concepts (POCs) for prospective clients. You'll also assist in crafting proposals and responding to RFPs with detailed technical information.Post-Sales Support: Lead the technical implementation of Google Maps and Google Cloud services, ensuring smooth deployment and integration. You'll provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for clients after implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Maps and Google Cloud technologies, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for both internal teams and clients. You'll integrate new features and services into client solutions and provide guidance on best practices.Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales, Product, Infrastructure, Data, and Engineering teams to align solutions with client needs and company goals. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and present tailored Google Maps and Google Cloud solutions.What You'll BringExperience5+ years of experience in a PreSales or Post-Sales engineering role, preferably within the cloud computing or location-based services industry.Hands-on experience with Google Maps services and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of Google Maps APIs, location-based services, and their integration into web and mobile applications.Expertise in Google Cloud services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.Familiarity with cloud architecture best practices and security principles.Education & CertificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications, such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, are highly desirable.LanguageFluent in both English and Bahasa.Why Join Us?At OniGroup, we believe in a growth mindset and a culture of continuous learning.
