MŠte tūranga - About the roleAs a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our residents in their daily living and social requirements. You will also encourage residents to maintain their independence and make decisions for themselves. We have three Health Care Assistant roles available - all PM shifts.
Your Key Responsibilities Will BeDeliver the highest standard of personalised care to every Resident Support and encourage residents to maintain their independence and make decisions for themselves Assist and support the activities of daily living in a way that meets the Eden principles and the Domains of Wellbeing Take instruction and tasks from the Registered NurseEnsure residentâs needs are attended to effectively and in a timely manner MÅ Koe - About YouPassion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic but patient and well organised with great interpersonal skills.
You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect.
