You have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and enjoy working across both BAU and project-based HR initiatives. Reporting to the Systems & Admin Manager, you will collaborate with the wider People and Culture team to:
Support the People and Culture team in the delivery of a high-quality, efficient HR service across the businessMaintain accurate employee records in our personnel filesSupport recruitment processes including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidatesRespond to HR queries (Level 1) from employees and line managers, escalating where necessarySupport Learning and Development activities including internal/external training coordination, LMS updates, Central Induction administration, venue bookings, catering, and resource preparationNgā pūkenga kei a koe I Your Skills and ExperienceKnowledge of HR or payroll processes, or relevant experienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in a P&C or Payroll admin role (or similar)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDiscretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)A can-do attitude and willingness to learnNgā āhuatanga hirahira o te mahi nei I Highlights of Working with UsWe are committed to creating a diverse work place where you can look forward to feeling included and valued for your contribution.
