Our Enliven Service is a leading provider of home and community support for older people and those with disabilities or recovering from injury. Our team of more than 600 believe that our elderly, those living with dementia and other conditions should be able to maximise their independence and engage, socialise and be active in their communities. Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity Reporting to the Area Manager, the Service Coordinator will ensure the delivery of our client-driven and flexible community based support services to the highest of standards.

Have a current NZ Registered Nurse Practicing CertificateNZ Citizen, Resident or appropriate work visa statusA proven track record in a health backgroundAbility to drive and develop a teamEnjoy working independently but also as part of a teamCapability to prioritise and manage your time effectively, with well developed organisational skillsExcellent computer skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectivelyWe are Diverse and Inclusive: We are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive working environment.
