Job Responsibilities1. Responsible for the overall management of the operations and finances of all units under the oilfield technical service company, and achieving annual operating targets;2. Responsible for coordinating the technical exchange and marketing activities of the oilfield technical service company;3. Responsible for coordinating the team building, talent pipeline development, and recruitment and allocation of key positions within the oilfield technical service company;4. Responsible for the overall management of key projects of the oilfield technical service company;5. Responsible for coordinating the operational and QHSE management of the oilfield technical service company.Job Requirements1. Master's degree or above, with a petroleum engineering background and experience as a manager in an oilfield technical enterprise.2. Possess solid professional knowledge, be familiar with industry technologies, and have innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.3. Possess strong strategic vision, innovative spirit, and organizational and coordination skills, and be able to make correct decisions in complex and ever-changing environments.
