Pressed Juicery is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and SVP of Sales in Culver City. PowerPoint presentations). The position plays a key role in preparing executive presentations, coordinating leadership and company-wide meetings, and supporting special projects.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, adaptability, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & AdministrationManage and prioritize complex calendars for our CSO (Chief Sales Officer), CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) and SVP Sales, including scheduling, rescheduling, and protecting focus time. Plan and coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and meeting logistics. Track and prepare expense reports, reconcile credit card statements, and assist with budget management for Sales & Marketing. Draft, proof, and edit correspondence, presentations, and internal/external communications.

Meeting & Project CoordinationPrepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations in advance, ensuring executives are fully briefed. Capture meeting notes, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion. Organize and coordinate leadership offsites, sales meetings, marketing launch events, and team-building activities. Support cross-functional initiatives that require coordination between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Development, and Finance. Operational EfficiencyMaintain systems for tracking key projects, deadlines, and deliverables. Anticipate operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Serve as liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.

Confidentiality & DiscretionHandle sensitive company, personnel, and strategic information with absolute confidentiality. Exercise sound judgment in managing competing priorities and confidential matters. Qualifications5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives; experience in a CPG Food & Beverage or wellness company is a plus. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify, anticipate and support needs. Extraordinary attention to detail and responsiveness. Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Ability to foster a can-do atmosphere. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in adapting to new software and communications tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. A desire for ongoing professional development.
