Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Charlotte, NC, with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for implementing and administering HR policies, managing employee benefits, and providing HR support across various HR functions. Daily tasks include engaging in employee relations, addressing workplace inquiries, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The role requires effective communication with employees and coordination with other departments on HR-related matters.
