Prestige Sales Representative

Main Objectives of JobThe Sales Representative (National Prestige Team) at Pernod Ricard is responsible for driving brand presence and visibility and sales growth within high-end venues, ensuring strong relationships and effective management of our prestige brand portfolio.Roles & Responsibilities1) Recruit and manage high-end venues to enhance brand presence.Identify and recruit trendy restaurants, iconic clubs, and luxury hotel bars for brand partnerships.Foster strong relationships with key customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.2) Drive sales performance and visibility in assigned venues.Manage Presence, Visibility, and Activation strategies to maximize brand exposure in covered venues.Achieve and exceed sales KPIs through effective promotion and engagement with venue staff.3) Enhance customer recommendation and consumer preferenceEducate venue staffs on brand storytelling and product knowledge to drive customer recommendation and advocacy.Co-develop and execute meaningful consumer experiences within dedicated venues to strengthen brand preference and emotional connection.4) Monitor market trends and provide detailed reports.Regularly update and report on sales execution, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.Analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.5) Facilitate effective communication within teams.Maintain proactive communication with the Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to align strategies.Collaborate on promotional initiatives that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.Job RequirementsExperience : At least 7 years of relevant experience in salesLanguage : Korean verbal and written communication skills.
