Job Description:Técnico/Ingeniero en Prevención de RiesgosObjetivo del Puesto:Planificar, controlar y asesorar en la aplicación de medidas preventivas y correctivas que eviten accidentes y enfermedades profesionales, promoviendo la seguridad, salud ocupacional y bienestar laboral en las distintas unidades de la compañía. Principales Responsabilidades:Supervisar condiciones de seguridad en obra. Gestionar y mantener el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Aplicar protocolos del MINSAL y normativas vigentes. Controlar riesgos y realizar análisis estadísticos. Promover la salud ocupacional y cumplimiento del RIOHS 2025. Funciones Clave:Fiscalizar el cumplimiento del programa de prevención. Realizar capacitaciones e inducciones en seguridad. Participar y asesorar a Comités Paritarios. Representar a la empresa ante organismos fiscalizadores. Investigar incidentes y proponer acciones correctivas. Elaborar informes de SSO y asegurar la implementación de estándares Ferrovial. Requisitos Formativos:Título técnico o profesional en Prevención de Riesgos, Ingeniería o áreas afines. Conocimientos y Herramientas:Manejo de software de gestión (ISOTools, Synergi Life). Dominio de Office, AutoCAD y MS Project. Conocimientos de normativas ISO 45001 y OHSAS 18001. Certificaciones Deseables:Certificación en Prevención de Riesgos, Primeros Auxilios, Sustancias Peligrosas y normativas de seguridad. Registro como experto ante SEREMI de Salud. Experiencia:Mínimo 3 años en construcción o cargos similares. Experiencia en gestión de seguridad, asesorías, investigaciones de accidentes y capacitaciones. Seize the challenge.
