ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for a Data Analyst (f/m/d) who uncover valuable findings from our data, proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes, and empower our teams. Your main tasks will be: Extract, manipulate and analyse complex data structures to solve customer problems and elevate the team. Manage and fulfill data requests from the Customer Success and Data Management teams, acting as a key point of contact.

Perform analysis using your coding and scripting skills to support our research team's key initiatives. Proactively identify data bottlenecks, inefficiencies and recurring requests, working collaboratively with Product and development to improve these processes with innovative solutions. Communicate complex data analysis processes in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ABOUT YOUMust-haves: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience with Python, and tools like Jupyter NotebookStrong eye for detail and excellent skills in managing priorities and timelinesA highly proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skillsA valid work permit in AustriaBonus points for: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement.
