For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Pricing Analyst.Your tasks and responsibilities:Prepare quotations for international and domestic transport (ocean, air, overland) to provide accurate and competitive pricing to clients and support sales efforts.Evaluate RFQs, RFIs, and tenders to identify client requirements and propose tailored logistics solutions.Negotiate with carriers, shipping lines, trucking companies, and NVOCCs to secure optimal rates and service conditions for project cargo.Calculate freight rates and convert shipment weight and volume to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with transport standards.Maintain communication with vendors, clients, carriers, and overseas offices to coordinate logistics operations and ensure service continuity.Select appropriate routing based on cargo and customer needs to optimize delivery times, costs, and risk management.Organize and archive rate contracts, port tariffs, and service agreements to maintain a reliable reference system for pricing and compliance.Track and follow up on quotations using a quote log to monitor conversion rates and improve responsiveness.Generate reports as requested by management to support decision-making and performance tracking.Engage internal support functions and escalate issues when needed to resolve operational challenges and maintain service quality.What you can contribute:Fundamental knowledge and competence in air, land (truck and rail) and sea modes of transportation.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding and/or project logistics.1 to 3 years of operational experience in ocean and air freight forwarding preferred.Strong understanding of international logistics processes, including inland transportation, booking, documentation, port handling, customs, warehousing, oversized and heavy cargo handling, and ocean/air freight.Experience handling RFIs, RFQs, and tenders.Skilled in negotiating with carriers, shipping lines, trucking companies, and NVOCCs.Ability to support the sales team with proposals, comparative analyses, RFQ closures, and instructions to the operations team.Fundamental knowledge and competence in air, land (truck and rail), and sea modes of transportation.Good working knowledge of domestic and international geography, including countries, major cities, and seaports.Awareness of risk factors and familiarity with basic measures to manage and mitigate risk.Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in PC tools.IMO or IATA DGR training preferred.Fluent in English and commercially minded.What we offer you:A family-owned and run company, deugro group has been active in the project logistics industry for nearly 100 years.
