Our pricing function is powered by cutting-edge tools and sophisticated analysis. We are committed to crafting meticulously considered business strategies and decisions, leveraging risk modelling, performance monitoring, and engaging in insightful debates with seasoned experts across various sectors. Pricing forms the nucleus of our operations, and substantial investment has been channeled into state-of-the-art machine learning tools. Additionally, we are dedicated to integrating the latest rating tools seamlessly into our processes, ensuring our international portfolios remain at the forefront of innovation across our industry. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):Portfolio monitoring, Pricing Strategy Implementation and Pricing SophisticationDeveloping pricing models to support and inform business decisionsAssisting with the coaching and development of team membersWho would be a right fit: While we believe there can be no rigid definition of a suitable candidate, we feel some skills and experiences can be indicative of the right fit:Experience in General Insurance Actuarial work Strong technical and analytical backgroundExcellent communication skills and Stakeholder management skills1 to 7 Years of experience in relevant fieldAn opportunity to build your career as an expert pricing actuary, our teams have a culture of support and development.
