We are a Swiss-management consulting company with a global footprint and trusted partner to financial services providers, solving their biggest challenges and helping them evolve to capture the potential of the new economy.Working at the intersection of (re)insurance portfolio optimisation and data, you'll join a well-established pricing function focused on enhancing its existing analytical capabilities. The team collaborates with many areas of the business, including Underwriting, Actuarial, and Risk. By leveraging advanced analytics, they deliver meaningful insights at both the individual risk- and portfolio-level.Together, the Analytics and Actuarial teams operate an offensive and defensive strategy, which allows creative thinking and new ways of working to create a truly data-led (re)insurance business.Your TasksEnd-to-end (Re)Insurance risk pricing during key renewal periods, including complex treaties for long-tail linesSupporting the design and development of pricing modelsSupport on portfolio reviews to enhance our understanding of our clients, business segments, and new growth opportunitiesOptimise and enhance the team’s data and tooling capabilitiesPartner with the business on key strategic projects to drive valueAnalysing internal and external dataAbout you:Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Informatics or equivalent technical fields or up to 2 years’ experience in insurance industry, preferably non-lifeYour skills:A top-tier aptitude for numbers Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Solid self-motivation and an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
