About The RoleThe Pricing and Analytics Manager is responsible for defining and executing comprehensive pricing strategies and analytical frameworks for high-capacity solutions in media processing and content delivery, including premium live event contribution, remote production, and distribution.This role combines strategic pricing leadership with advanced analytics to optimise revenue performance across a diverse product portfolio in a rapidly evolving media technology landscape. You will develop SaaS, subscription, and hybrid pricing models, drive pricing simplification and bundling initiatives, and support sales teams with tools and insights that enable data-driven decision-making.As the Salesforce CPQ lead, you’ll configure and manage pricing workflows, approval structures, and reporting systems that support scalable, consistent commercial operations. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with Product Management, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to align pricing strategies with Appear’s product and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Pricing & Revenue ManagementDefine and implement pricing strategies aligned with market positioning and revenue goalsDevelop SaaS, subscription, and hybrid pricing models and maintain a strategic pricing roadmapDrive simplification initiatives including product bundling and flexible discount structuresSalesforce CPQ Implementation & ManagementConfigure and optimise Salesforce CPQ pricing rules, approval workflows, and quote processesEnsure integration with ERP systems and provide user training and support for sales teamsAnalytics & Data-Driven Decision MakingBuild dashboards and models to track pricing KPIs, competitive trends, and revenue performanceConduct scenario analyses, forecasting, and predictive analytics to guide strategic decisionsMarket & Competitive IntelligenceMonitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and market dynamics to inform strategyProvide actionable insights on supply chain costs, regulatory changes, and market shiftsCross-Functional Collaboration & Sales SupportPartner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing on pricing strategies and bid supportProvide deal guidelines, approval frameworks, and commercial analysis for major tendersRevenue Growth & Optimisation InitiativesLead projects to identify and capture growth opportunities through pricing optimisationDevelop upselling, cross-selling, and incentive structures supporting revenue objectivesOversee pricing change management, customer communication, and contract migrationCandidate profileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field5–7 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or analytics—preferably in media technology or enterprise softwareProven track record in B2B pricing across hardware, software, and servicesHands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and pricing model implementationStrong analytical and financial modelling skills with proficiency in data visualisation toolsStrategic and structured communicator with strong stakeholder management abilitiesWhy Appear?Be part of a growing global company, experiencing cross-cultural collaboration in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
