It employs over 12,000 people and serves over 5.5 million patients every year.Job Summary:To support NMC Healthcare’s Funder Relations Department in managing payer contracts, pricing structures, and reimbursement analytics across hospitals, clinics, and home care services. The role ensures compliance with DOH, DHA, and MOHAP regulations and provides analytical support for optimizing funder relationships and financial outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze payer contracts to ensure alignment with NMC pricing strategy and UAE regulatory frameworks.Support contract negotiations and renewals through data-driven financial and utilization analysis.Maintain up-to-date pricing databases and ensure accurate tariff implementation in HIS and billing systems.Assist in developing and updating service price lists in line with DOH Standard Price List and DHA Tariff Guidelines.Conduct reimbursement and utilization analysis to evaluate payer performance and contract profitability.Support financial modeling for Alternate reimbursement modelsCoordinate with finance, operations, and revenue cycle teams to ensure correct application of funder terms.Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and payer-specific claim policies.Prepare periodic performance and financial reports for management review.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Healthcare Management (Master’s or CMA/CPA preferred).Experience: 3–5 years in healthcare pricing, funder relations, or managed care within a UAE healthcare provider or insurer.Strong understanding of UAE Insurance companies/TPAs landscapeProficiency in Excel, Tableau, and data analysis tools; knowledge of HIS and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, DRG).
