Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, marketing, and product teams to ensure pricing decisions support overall business goals and reflect market dynamics.RESPONSIBILITIESPricing Strategy Development Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions using data analytics, market research, competitor analysis, and customer insightsDevelop pricing models and rebate structures based on customer segments, product categories, and geographic marketsLead the implementation of a new pricing tool using value-based pricing methodology, support the integration into CPQ toolContinuously adapt pricing models to reflect changing market conditionsMarket & Data AnalysisAnalyse sales performance, market trends, and customer behaviour to identify pricing opportunitiesConduct competitive analysis and market research to make sound pricing proposalsUtilize tools like Excel, SQL, and statistical software to forecast pricing impactsMaintain pricing databases and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsPerformance MonitoringDefine and track KPIs to evaluate pricing impact and profitabilityGenerate regular reports on pricing performance. Present pricing strategies and recommendations to senior leadershipTraining & DevelopmentSupport sales teams across the globe on pricing strategies, tools, and policies to enhance overall commercial performanceStay informed on industry best practices and innovations in pricing. Contribute to the development and enhancement of pricing systems and toolsPROFILEBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferredProven track record in a value-based pricing structure and a pricing tool implementation for industrial/technical products.Experience with Strategic Planning and Market Research; ability to make data-driven decision, with strong analytical skills.Cross-Functional Collaboration, competences to manage complex projects and excellent communication skills.
